Work Space One

Work Space One's original location, opened in May 2020 on the Green Heart complex in New Belgrade — a LEED Gold certified building where we recycle, monitor energy consumption and use solar power. 65 offices of 2–10 working places, a co-working area for up to 20 people, four meeting and conference rooms for 4 to 18 people, a kitchenette and chill-out zone, and a furnished outdoor green area. Every office is contemporary designed and exposed to direct sunlight, with ergonomic desks and chairs, high speed internet and access control.

Since May 2025 Work Space One occupies the 6th floor of Progres Palace, on one of Belgrade's most valuable historically protected streets. 97 workstations in total: offices with 3–7 workstations, a workspace for a large team with 30 workstations, and 12 coworking desks. Two meeting rooms with 10 and 12 seats, a kitchen, and terraces overlooking the main street, comfortably furnished for breaks, relaxation and socializing. All offices feature natural lighting, modern design and fully equipped spaces.
