One pass for coworking in Serbia

Each plan has its own terms — expiry and rollover are shown on the plans page before you buy. On rollover-eligible plans, unused visits carry to the next month, up to twice your monthly allowance. Visits that aren't used within the expiry window do expire; we state this plainly so there are no surprises.

You can cancel your plan anytime — no lock-in. Cancellation stops future billing; it doesn't refund visits you've already used. Unused visits from your current period follow the plan's rollover and expiry rules. See our Terms for the full refund and cancellation policy.

Partner spaces are first-come, first-served — a visit isn't a reserved seat. If a space is at capacity, staff may ask you to try another time or a nearby partner. Check each space's opening hours on its space profile before you go. If check-in fails because of a partner issue, contact support and we'll help sort it out.

Just show up during the space's opening hours. No booking required. Open the Kosmonaut app, show your QR code, and staff scan you in. Arrive early on busy days — desks aren't guaranteed.

Yes — you need the Kosmonaut app to check in. Staff scan your in-app QR code; there's no hardware or membership card. You can browse spaces and compare plans on the web without an account; download the app when you're ready to check in.

One visit = one day of coworking at a partner space, during their opening hours. It covers a hot desk in the shared area unless the space profile says otherwise. Meeting rooms and premium add-ons may cost extra — check the space page.

Most plans work across our partner network, but some plans are limited to specific locations. Before you buy, check which spaces are included — each plan and space profile shows eligibility. If you're unsure, search for your space on the map.

It varies by space. Each partner profile lists Wi‑Fi, coffee, meeting rooms, phone booths, and similar perks, plus opening hours — including weekends where offered. Kosmonaut doesn't run the spaces; you get what that venue provides on a hot-desk basis.

Plans are billed securely online when you subscribe — review full pricing on the plans page before you pay. If check-in fails because of a partner issue and your visit wasn't used, contact support and we'll make it right. We don't want you paying for a desk you didn't get.
