Billing, switching and everything else about how visits behave.

01How long do my visits stay valid?

Visits are added monthly and stay on your account for 60 days from the day they land. Anything unspent rolls over automatically, up to a cap equal to one month of your plan.

02Can I switch plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you only pay the difference for the remaining days. Downgrades apply from your next billing date, so the visits you already paid for stay yours.

03What happens if I cancel?

Billing stops at the end of the current period and any visits still in your balance remain usable until they expire. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.

04Do all spaces accept all plans?

Every partner space on Kosmonaut accepts every plan. A visit is a visit — the same balance works across all locations in the network.

05Do I get a refund if I don't use my visits?

Unused visits roll over rather than being refunded, which is how we keep the per-visit price low. If something went wrong with a check-in, contact us and we'll credit the visit back.

06Can my company pay for this?

Yes. Company purchases are invoiced against a PIB, and team plans consolidate everyone onto a single monthly invoice with per-person usage reporting.
