Work Space One commenced its life in May 2020 as the first upscale co-working space in Belgrade. Our goal is to become the leading office solution provider for top-notch and blue chip companies in Serbia.

Two locations, one Work Space One

Our original location sits on the Green Heart complex in New Belgrade, surrounded by some of the most successful companies that have chosen New Belgrade as their headquarters — thanks to its top-tier infrastructure, proximity to the airport, excellent hotels, as well as promenades, bike lanes and running tracks. The building is LEED Gold certified: we recycle, monitor energy consumption, and use solar power.

Since May 2025 you can also work with us at Progres Palace on Knez Mihailova, on one of the most valuable historically protected streets in the city — close to hotels, restaurants, galleries, the pedestrian zone, Kalemegdan Fortress and Kosančićev Venac.
