Kosmonaut is a platform for places to work. It has two sides: a digital home for the spaces themselves, and a flexible pass that lets people work across the partner network.

At its core, Kosmonaut makes it easy for anyone to open, manage, and promote a workspace online — a coworking floor, a shared studio, or any place that offers a desk for the day.

Creating a presence takes just a few minutes. Space owners can create an account, add one or multiple locations, upload photos, list amenities, and showcase everything people need to know. They can also create events they’re hosting — workshops, community nights, talks — so the calendar lives on the same profile as the space.

Once your profile is live, your space becomes discoverable on Kosmonaut.

Today, visitors can browse spaces across Belgrade, compare locations, view photo galleries, check available amenities, see upcoming events, and find places on an interactive map—all in one place.

Instead of opening dozens of websites to compare options, everything is available through a single platform.

Whether you’re looking for a quiet place to focus, a space with meeting rooms, fast Wi-Fi, coffee, or simply a desk close to your neighborhood, Kosmonaut helps you find it faster.

One Pass. Multiple Spaces.

The second part of Kosmonaut is the pass.

The idea is simple.

Instead of committing to a single location, you buy a visit pack — for example 5, 10, or 20 visits — and use them at partner spaces in the Kosmonaut network.

One visit is one day of work at a partner space (a hot desk in the shared area, unless the space profile says otherwise). Meeting rooms and other add-ons may cost extra — check each space page.

Work from one neighborhood on Monday, another on Wednesday, somewhere else on Friday—all with the same pass.

And if life gets busy?

On rollover-eligible plans, unused visits carry into the next month, up to twice your monthly allowance. Expiry and rollover terms are shown on each plan before you buy — so there are no surprises.
