How to read your monthly statement

Every month you invoice Kosmonaut for the pass visits at your space. You don't have to count them yourself: the monthly statement shows how many visits each location had, the price per visit from your contract, and the total for the invoice.

1. Open the statement

Sign in and open your space. In the menu on the left, under your space's pages, tap Monthly statement.

Only the operators of the space can see it. Desk staff who check people in don't have access, because billing is handled by the people who run the space.

2. Pick the month

The statement opens on the month that just ended, since that's the one you invoice. To see another month, pick it from the menu at the top right. You can go back up to a year.

3. Read the table

The statement table with visits, price per visit and amount for each location

For each location you'll see:

  1. Visits. Kosmonaut pass visits recorded by a QR scan at that location during the month.
  2. Price per visit. The price from the annex of your contract with Kosmonaut.
  3. Amount. Visits × price per visit.

The Total row at the bottom is the amount for your invoice to Kosmonaut.

What is not counted

  • Voided visits. If a check-in was voided at the desk, it doesn't count.
  • Voucher visits. Visits made with a voucher (for example a free exploration visit) are not pass visits and are not on the statement.

If a price is missing

If a location had visits but has no price per visit yet, you'll see a note under the table and the total will be incomplete. Contact Kosmonaut before you issue the invoice and we'll add the price.

Only Kosmonaut can set or change the price per visit, since it comes from your contract. You can see it, but not edit it.
