List your space on Kosmonaut

Kosmonaut helps people find places to work. Space operators can use the platform in two ways: create a free public listing and, if they choose, join the flexible pass. The listing makes your space easier to discover. The pass allows Kosmonaut members to use their visits at your space, for which you are compensated.

Start with a free listing

Your listing is a public profile for your space. It can be created from information already available on your website and social media, together with any other materials you send us. We can prepare it for you or work on it with you.

You also receive a manager account so you can update the profile yourself. It works as a self-managed business profile rather than a fixed directory entry: you control the text, photos, sections, amenities, and layout.

A listing can include:

• photos, description, opening hours, location, and contact details
• work areas, meeting rooms, amenities, and house rules
• news, events, recurring activities, and articles
• links to your website and social media

The listing is free. Joining the flexible pass is optional.

Join the flexible pass

Kosmonaut members and companies buy packs of coworking visits and use them at partner spaces. When a member chooses your space, they check in through Kosmonaut and the visit is recorded on the platform.

The pass is an additional way to bring people to your space. It does not replace your existing memberships, day passes, or pricing. Kosmonaut handles payment from members, so people can try your space without committing to a membership or arranging payment with you directly. You do not need to collect or reconcile individual visitor payments, while returning visitors can continue using Kosmonaut or move to one of your regular offers.

Before your space goes live as a partner:

1. We agree on a per-visit rate.
2. You choose when your space is available to Kosmonaut members.
3. We enable check-ins for your manager account.

Once active, the Desk section of the platform allows you to:

• check members in
• see confirmed visits and visit history
• update your availability and current status
• review the visits included in each settlement period

At the end of each month, the platform prepares an invoice draft with your confirmed visits and the amount already calculated: the number of confirmed visits × the agreed per-visit rate. You only need to review it, add any final details, and issue it to us.

Pricing and settlement

We agree on the amount you receive per confirmed visit before activating your space. The rate is based primarily on the per-visit equivalent of your existing monthly hot-desk or dedicated-desk offer, along with factors such as location and demand.

Members use the same pass across the Kosmonaut network, but partner rates do not need to be identical. This allows spaces with different price levels to participate without requiring every operator to accept the same payout. You will know your exact rate before deciding whether to join.
