SENSE—S.SPACE started with an empty building and a simple thought: work is better in a place with character, and the best things happen when you put interesting people under one roof. We signed the lease in July 2024 and built most of it ourselves, often until 3am — coworking first, then a music room, a sewing studio, a workshop, a laser. Each room appeared because someone here needed it — full of vintage Yugoslav pieces that each carry a story.
