Creative Studios at SENSE—S.SPACE

Four working studios share the house with the coworking floor: a music studio and DJ/production school, a sewing studio, a DIY workshop, and a laser-cutting room. Drop in as a guest, or get resident rates as a coworking member. Bring your own gear, or learn and make on ours.

The studios

Music studio & school — synthesizers, a mixing desk and acoustic panels, used for both production and DJ/production classes.

Sewing studio — a dedicated space for sewing and textile work.

DIY workshop — tool wall and shelving set up for hands-on building and repair.

Laser-cutting room — laser cutting for makers and small production runs.

Pricing

Guests start at 1,500 RSD for the first hour. Coworking residents get reduced rates, and some studio time is free for residents with their own gear. Full studio details and rates are on the way — DM the team for current availability and pricing.
