A coworking space is the simplest way to get a professional workplace in Belgrade without investing in an office of your own. You pay only for what you use — a desk, an office or a room — while internet, electricity, coffee, cleaning and equipment are included.
- No deposit and no contracts running for years
- All utilities, internet and maintenance included
- An address in the centre of the city for client meetings
- A community of entrepreneurs, freelancers and teams
What you get
- Hot desk — a flexible desk in the shared space, come when it suits you
- Dedicated desk — your fixed desk with 24/7 access, room for a monitor and your things
- Private offices for teams of 2 to 12 people — your company, our infrastructure
- Meeting rooms and space for events
- Fast internet, printer, kitchen and coffee
Both locations offer the same core products. Dorćol adds a game room and a meeting room in the industrial interior; Zemun adds a conference room with glass partitions and quiet zones for focused work. Both have a rooftop terrace.
What a workday looks like
The houses are open on weekdays from 09:00 to 20:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 17:00. Members with a dedicated desk or a private office come and go around the clock, seven days a week.
You arrive, plug in your laptop and work. Coffee and tea are in the shared kitchen, the printer and scanner are on site, and when a call needs walls you book the meeting room. Breaks happen in the lounge zone, in the game room on Dorćol, or on the rooftop terrace at either house — in Zemun that one looks over the Danube.
What is included
Every package includes fast internet, coffee and tea, the shared kitchen, a printer, lounge zones and the rooftop terrace, as well as access to the VirtuHub community and its events. Electricity, heating and maintenance are included — there are no additional utility costs.
How the packages work
Hot desk is sold as a package of days, so you buy a block of visits and use them when it suits you. A dedicated desk runs by the month and comes with 24/7 access and somewhere to leave your monitor and your things. Private offices are leased per team for as long as you need the room.
Beyond desks, VirtuHub also arranges these on request, priced per enquiry:
| Service | Terms |
|---|---|
| Private office | 2–12 people, monthly or longer |
| Meeting room | hourly or daily, at either location |
| Event space | meetup, training, celebration; evening slots possible |
| Virtual office | business address with legal and accounting support |
Frequently asked questions
Can I try the space before joining? Yes. Book a free tour and a coffee — VirtuHub will show you the space, the equipment and the meeting rooms, and only then do you choose a package.
Can I work 24/7? Members with a dedicated desk or a private office have access to the space 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
How long is the contract? Flexible — from a package of days to a monthly plan or a longer office lease. There is no deposit and no multi-year commitment.
What is the difference between the two locations? Dorćol sits at Cara Uroša 18 in the centre — an industrial interior with murals, a game room and a meeting room. Zemun sits at Oračka 4 — brick and concrete, a bigger open space, a conference room with glass partitions and quiet zones. Members are part of the same community either way.
Can I register my company at your address? A business address is possible with certain packages — get in touch with VirtuHub and they agree the details with you.
