Meeting rooms in the centre of Belgrade
Urban Office has three meeting rooms on Knez Mihailova, available to rent by the hour. Whether you are meeting clients, running a workshop, or presenting to your own team, there is a room sized for it — and staff on hand to welcome your guests and help you connect whatever equipment you have brought.
What every room includes

- Access to the kitchen and lounge before and after your meeting
- Catering on request from the restaurant in the building
Oval meeting room — up to 8 people
Our oval room is designed to make an impression. A round table seats eight, with extra armchairs for side seating around the edge. It sits next to the lounge area, which makes it a natural choice when you want drinks before or after the meeting.
€40 + VAT per hour. Cocktail service can be arranged for an additional fee.
Small meeting room — up to 7 people
Ideal for team meetings, smaller presentations, brainstorming and interviews. It comfortably seats seven and has the same TV and flip chart setup as the other rooms.
€25 + VAT per hour.
Conference room — up to 10 people
The largest of the three, suited to bigger team meetings, workshops, presentations and training sessions. It seats ten comfortably. During breaks, the silent room is available for short calls and the lounge for informal team time.
€40 + VAT per hour.
