Belgrade Business House is a members-only business center in Dorćol. It grew out of the idea that the environment you work in has a positive effect on the way you think, on productivity, and on professional growth — something more than a conventional office.

From coworking pioneers to BBH

BBH is built on the foundations of Smart Office, the pioneer of the coworking concept in the region:

• 2012 — Smart Office is founded; first space at Topličin venac
• 2015 — new location in Knez Mihailova
• 2015–2024 — years of working with teams of all sizes
• 2024–2026 — developing a concept that brings together space, services, and community
• 2026 — Belgrade Business House opens in Dorćol

A house with history

BBH is located at Strahinjića Bana 73, in the house where Dragiša Brašovan — one of the most important architects of Serbian modernism — lived and worked. His dedication to order, proportion, and detail inspired the BBH brand.
