The building is close to the city centre, yet away from its noise, and surrounded by greenery. It has a central and a lower entrance, with parking on both sides. Offices are on every floor and there are toilets on almost every floor. Caffe Industrija, with its garden and terrace, is on the ground floor, and the building also has a large, equipped gym with changing rooms.
A separate 150 m² zone
The coworking zone has its own separate 150 m² space with 15 to 20 workstations. Each has a desk, a chair, a lockable drawer and a locker for your things, and the zone has its own toilet and dining area.
For 15 to 20 people
The room is equipped for an in-person or online meeting, a presentation or a lecture:
- a 55-inch smart TV with wireless laptop connection and surround sound
- a projector and screen for larger presentations
- a 180 × 200 cm mobile whiteboard and a flipchart, with paper and markers
Capacity depends on how the furniture is arranged. Staff help with setup and the technical side, and lunch or catering for participants can be arranged through Caffe Industrija on the ground floor.
A gym of over 350 m²
Modern machines, fitness equipment and digital treadmills, plus table tennis and an indoor basketball court. Trainers run personal sessions and group sessions for two or more people.
