About SENSE—S.SPACE

SENSE—S.SPACE is a creative work house in Stari Grad, central Belgrade — around 400 m² that brings coworking and residencies, a music studio and school, a sewing studio, a DIY workshop, a laser-cutting room, meeting and event space, location-shoot hire, a vintage fashion showroom and virtual-office services together under one roof, with Yugo-mid-century character.

What's inside

A coworking floor with hot and fixed desks, a music studio and school, a sewing studio, a DIY workshop, a laser-cutting room, four event and meeting rooms (Focus Hall, Social Room, Call Station, Meeting Room), a vintage fashion showroom, and a fully equipped shared kitchen — all at Dečanska 8, between Trg Republike and Trg Nikole Pašića.

Founder's note

SENSE—S.SPACE started with an empty building and a simple thought: work is better in a place with character, and the best things happen when you put interesting people under one roof. Serj had spent years designing digital things and quietly fell for building physical ones; Artem came to help for a day and never really left.

We signed the lease in July 2024 and built most of it ourselves, often until 3am — coworking first, then a music room, a sewing studio, a workshop, a laser. Each room appeared because someone here needed it. It grew like a friendly Frankenstein, full of vintage Yugoslav pieces that each carry a story. We try not to over-plan it — we watch where people go, and lay the path there.
