Success stories

Hireapp disrupts hospitality staffing. Hireapp raises investments and scales in the US, disrupting staffing as a service in the hospitality industry. Through Impact Hub's mentorship and connection building with US-based advisers, Hireapp was able to raise a seed round and scale from a founders' team to a company now servicing Amazon.

Women founders redefine leadership. Uncompromising, non-complacent, audacious women founders take leadership and business standards to the next level. With Impact Hub's online and offline convening guidance, pioneers and visionaries such as Kagera, Beyond4 and The Enclave defy limiting conventions and step into their true power — achieving international market success.

85 changemakers on the path to success. Impact Hub is most proud of the relationships it fosters. It has been the first go-to community for 85+ young people who dedicated their time, learning and passion to building entrepreneurial practices with a cause.

Selected projects

"She Knows" — Economic Empowerment of Women. The project aims to enhance the economic inclusion of women in Serbia by increasing their potential for employment, encouraging opportunities for self-employment and entrepreneurship, and establishing policies and practices aimed at reducing barriers to women's participation in the economy and gender biases in the workplace. The primary focus is on women from rural areas who are not in education, employment or training (NEET).

"Grupa Izađi" — Advancing Equality for LGBTI+ Youth. Impact Hub is supporting Grupa Izađi, a Serbian organisation awarded a three-year grant to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in Serbia's workplaces and business communities by promoting economic empowerment of and opportunity for LGBTQI+ people in Serbia.

"Working Together" — Advancing Equality for the LGBTI+ Population. A three-year project promoting diversity, equal opportunity, and inclusion in workplaces and the business community in Serbia, demonstrating that the inclusion of all individuals has positive effects on the economy.

Impact Community Platform, powered by Payoneer. A platform that empowers entrepreneurs and businesses across the region by fostering connections and providing tools for scaling globally — offering resources, networking opportunities, and financial solutions for startups and SMEs aiming to expand into international markets.

Western Balkan Demo Day. A dynamic showcase of innovative startups from the Western Balkans, connecting entrepreneurs with investors, mentors, and potential partners.

AI Salon. A global community for exploring the latest trends and breakthroughs in artificial intelligence, bringing together AI founders and builders, investors, and partners.

Behind every initiative and success story at Impact Hub Belgrade is a dedicated team of professionals committed to supporting our community — Jelena Vukosavljević (Event & Space Coordinator), Ivan Dragutinović (Space & Ops Coordinator), Ivana Jelenić (Events & Venue Sales Manager), Sofia Kuzmanović (Sound Engineer), Maja Luković (Community Manager), and board members Nathan Wilson, Anđela Kuzmanović and Andy Schilder.
