Hot Desks — a day in the office, whenever you want one

Hot Desks suit entrepreneurs and digital nomads who want maximum flexibility. You come in, pick whichever desk is free and suits you, and get to work.

Day pass: €14 + VAT Hours: weekdays, 09:00–18:00

Dedicated Desks — a desk that is yours

If you would rather have stability than choice, a Dedicated Desk gives you a permanent spot on the coworking floor.

Monthly rate: €200 + VAT Access: 24/7

What you get:

• A permanent spot. The same desk is waiting for you every day, which makes it much easier to settle into a routine.
• Somewhere to leave your things. Keep your setup on the desk or in a personal locker with a key.
• 24/7 access. Come in early, stay late, or work weekends — the building is open to you.
• Modern equipment. Professional desks, ergonomic chairs, lighting adapted to screen work, printing and scanning, and a network rack with cable outlets on request.

Everything else on the floor

Both options include the shared facilities: a modern kitchen with coffee, tea and filtered water, a silent room for calls and focused stretches, the lounge, and access to bookable meeting rooms. There is a restaurant in the building, public garages nearby, and secure parking for bicycles and scooters.
