How It All Started

2018 — The Spark

Blanka Šupe spends nearly a decade in the U.S., building startups and experiencing coworking communities that feel like home. Inspired by how these spaces foster real connection, she dreams of creating something similar one day.

2020 — Coming Home

Returning to Serbia with a vision, Blanka sees an opportunity: to create a coworking space for founders, by founders. When the war brings many startup professionals to Belgrade, the timing is right — everyone is asking the same questions:

“Where do we work?”
“How do we meet others like us?”

September 2022 — Haos is Born

Haos opens its doors. No paid ads — just word-of-mouth, belief in the idea, and an incredible community. A space designed to feel like home, with sunlight, plants, and the kind of energy that helps startups grow.

2023 — A Thriving Community

From weekly coffee matches to curated events and Slack chats, Haos becomes more than a workplace — it becomes a culture shaped by shared values: Curiosity, Kindness, Respect, Contribution, Joy in the Details.

2024 — Scaling the Vision

Haos expands with a second space at Artklasa, bigger events, and a growing team. Today, we’re still learning, building, and dreaming — together with the people who make this place what it is.
